Weekly dances are normally held at the Bess Chisum Stephens Community Center, 12th & Cleveland Streets in Little Rock, Arkansas ( See map below ). That’s one traffic light west of the corner of 12th Street and University Avenue, near the University Avenue South exit from Interstate 630.
